NIJ 0115.00 Stab proof vest for body armor
Protective body vest for army and defence should be rigorously tested to international standards like NIJ 0115.00 to prove that that army vest is stab proof and complies with NIJ standard 0115.00, as a single stab can kill you on-site. This standard specifies an impact test using a drop-tower such as the Instron 9450 drop tower. The 9450 is a versatile drop tower with an energy range of between 0.59 and 1800 joules when equipped with a high energy system which fulfills the requirement for tests of between 36 and 65 joules as stated in the standard; the requirement to measure force up to 22kN is easily satisfied with our standard instrumented piezoelectric tup. Moreover, with Bluehill Impact software and the data acquisition rate of 2MHz means that the results will be of superb accuracy, enabling the study of failure modes and transient vibrations.
Bluehill® Impact is built from the ground up for touch interaction. The Operator Dashboard features large touchpoints to make the user experience simpler and smarter. Easy-to-understand icons and workflows make it easy to train new or experienced users, simplify operator training, and allow you to start testing even faster than ever before
